Embedded Talent

A member of the Trifecta Talent team will embed into your organisation becoming your InHouse Talent Partner. Our objective will be to work closely with the entire business to idealise, deliver and maintain your talent operations. This will encompass the hiring and retention of talent as well as the assessment and implementation of talent systems, tooling and processes.

Résume-as-a-Service

We will understand the needs of one or multiple positions you are recruiting for, go out to market, and source the best candidates for your business. We will work with you to pre-agreed SLAs and ensure a quality, diverse, consistent pipeline of candidates at the top of your recruiting funnel. Ashley Osmond

Co-Founder

Ashley is a seasoned recruiter with over 15 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for tech businesses. She has often been the first recruiter brought in to build out processes and manage end to end hiring.
More recently, she has been working in-house with companies such as Bitcoin.com, Fonoa, and Yavica, holding roles from Senior Recruiter to Head of Talent. She has ten plus years of experience on the agency side recruiting for roles spanning across: Technology, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Data Analyst, Finance and Law.
Ashley is extremely passionate about growing successful teams and helping companies exceed goals by hiring the best people.
She is also a freelance published writer, a single mom to a vivacious toddler, and a dedicated athlete.

Nathaniel Benissan

Co-Founder

Having worked in recruitment for 8+ years, Nathaniel has gained experience across various approaches to Talent Acquisition. He has had the opportunity to support clients as an executive search recruiter as well as in an RPO setting at Talentful. He has also been the Go-To-Market recruiter for early-stage SaaS vendors such as Zoovu, Eigen Technologies and Fonoa.
Nathaniel has a deep understanding of the ever-evolving SaaS landscape, Go-To-Market talent strategies, and how best to position yourself in a competitive market especially when looking to scale from Seed to Series D and beyond in order to build world-class teams.
In his spare time, he challenges himself on the tennis court and on the chess board, working up an appetite to create multi-cuisine-inspired dishes for friends and family.

Neha Pandit

Co-Founder

Neha has over a decade of experience within Talent Acquisition. In her last 5 years she has been scaling early stage Fintech businesses helping scale their Tech & Product teams. Her speciality is working closely with the co-founders and leadership to build out the: overall hiring strategy, sourcing plan, employer branding, interviewer training, offers and onboarding – the whole 360 degree.
Over the last couple of years she has built talent strategies for companies such as Bloomberg, Booking.com, Paddle and Fonoa. She likes being data driven and engages leadership to make decisions backed by data and running multiple hiring processes with effective project management strategies.
In her spare time she likes to read, bake and take care of her two kids mostly successfully.
