I had the pleasure of managing Neha during my time at Paddle. She is diligent, trustworthy and not afraid of a challenge. For the time we worked together I saw Neha successfully tackle various areas in the HR space including, but not limited to talent acquisition, employee retention, L&D, compensation and career development. She is someone that you can confidently delegate to and who can take charge when needed and I really enjoyed having her part of my team.

I have known Neha for almost 8 years now. The things I admired in her as a student – her independent thinking, positive approach, ability to quickly decipher the core of a case we were dealing with, staying calm in a storm – have stayed with her even as she graduated to this strong professional. Neha has also been ‘the’ most dependable person all this time and someone who’s company gave me strength. As an HR professional, Neha has a very strong grasp of the fundamentals and applies them in an innately clear and logical manner. I have always seen her put in that special something when it comes to work, whether its bringing new ideas or collaborating effortlessly to reach a mutual conclusion or creatively designing that PowerPoint presentation to engage her audience. She is intuitive when it comes to people, is able to empathize with them and actually offers solutions that work out for the best. Needless to say, she shares great rapport with her colleagues and even her managers/bosses!! You can have long discussions with her on any topic under the sun; her knowledge of global issues, social complexities, literary ideas, fashion trends, you-name-it, is absolutely amazing! And she has that natural bent towards continuous learning and takes concrete steps to do just that, which I feel is incredible as most of us lose the curiosity to learn as we grow up and get sucked in the routine corporate life. I am sure she is an asset to the organization she chooses to spend her time and energy with. She is that fresh burst of positivity which is so rare in this world! Neha is a brilliant management professional who has capability to conceptualize and lead most complex initiatives in extremely challenging environment.Her clarity of thoughts, cheerful disposition, mindfulness of actions and sheer determination helps her win people and deliver results.She revamped & established the Management Trainee program at PIL by reworking on every little detail -induction, traineeship, evaluations and assessments, placements, mentoring and growth.She also worked diligently on branding and crafting multiple core trainee programs required for PIL.She conceptualized the campus relationship program which helped improved PIL’s slotting at campus far better. She also leojects on engaging and energizing the workforce through an engagement and appraisal interventions wherein she was selected and certified as facilitator and led several workshops. She is a great assest and has a wonderful future ahead of her.
